Ingredients
1.5 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal
1 oz Charanda or rum
2 oz Fresh blueberry, strawberries and raspberries
(or use juice instead)
2 oz Fresh blueberry, strawberries and raspberries
(or use juice instead)
2 dashes Cacao Bitters
Garnish With berries and a dusting of grated chocolate.
Instructions
1. Muddle: If you use fresh berries, muddle them.
2. Combine: Add the Entropía 22 Mezcal, the charanda or rum and cacao bitters.
3. Shake: Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Strain: Double strain into a chilled coupe or a rocks glass over a large ice sphere.
5. Garnish: Grate a little bit of chocolate over the top for that authentic Michoacán aroma.
