Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal
  • 1 oz Charanda or rum
  • 2 oz Fresh blueberry, strawberries and raspberries
    (or use juice instead)
  • 2 oz Fresh blueberry, strawberries and raspberries
    (or use juice instead)
  • 2 dashes Cacao Bitters
  • Garnish With berries and a dusting of grated chocolate.

Instructions

  • 1. Muddle: If you use fresh berries, muddle them.
  • 2. Combine: Add the Entropía 22 Mezcal, the charanda or rum and cacao bitters.
  • 3. Shake: Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  • 4. Strain: Double strain into a chilled coupe or a rocks glass over a large ice sphere.
  • 5. Garnish: Grate a little bit of chocolate over the top for that authentic Michoacán aroma.
