Agave Syrup (Adjust based on the sweetness of your berries)
Cointreau or Triple Sec (Orange liqueur)
Rim: Tajín or Smoked Sea Salt
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Large Fresh Strawberries
Make it at Home
Ingredients
2 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal Espadín
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec (Orange liqueur)
0.5 oz Agave Syrup (Adjust based on the sweetness of your berries)
2–3 Large Fresh Strawberries
Rim: Tajín or Smoked Sea Salt
Instructions
1. Prep the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into a mix of Tajín or salt. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
2. Muddle: In your shaker, place the strawberries and agave syrup. Muddle thoroughly until the berries are a complete pulp.
3. Combine: Add Entropía 22 Mezcal, lime juice, orange liqueur, and a handful of ice to the shaker.
4. Shake: Shake hard for about 10–15 seconds. You want it ice-cold.
5. Double Strain: This is important! Use a fine-mesh strainer while pouring into your prepared glass to catch the strawberry seeds and pulp bits for a smooth drink.
6. Garnish: A half-strawberry on the rim or a thin lime wheel.
