Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal
  • 1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (chilled or room temp)
  • 1 oz Kahlúa (or your preferred coffee liqueur)
  • Vanilla powder
  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans or a pinch of chili powder/cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. Chill your glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • 2. Combine: Add Entropia 22 mezcal, Kalhúa and the spresso.
  • 3. Shake hard: Fill the shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds. You want to create that signature frothy foam on top.
  • 4. Strain: Double-strain (using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer) into your chilled glass.
  • 5. Garnish: Drop three coffee beans on the foam or add a light dusting of chili powder/cinnamon
