Ingredients

  • 1 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal
  • 2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Agave Nectar (Optional)
  • Garnish: An orange wheel or a sprig of rosemary

Instructions

  • 1. Combine: Add the Entropía 22 Mezcal, Aperol, orange juice, lime juice, and agave nectar into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • 2. Shake: Shake vigorously for about 10 –12 seconds until well-chilled.
  • 3. Strain: Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, or a highball glass for a taller, more refreshing drink.
  • 4. Top (Optional): If you want it a bit lighter, add a splash of Sparkling Water or Tonic Water at the end.
  • 5. Garnish: Add an orange wheel.
